Roma Gaster KARIBU Education International |
Profile:
Roma and her team currently consult to some of Australia's biggest organisations. Their work involves organisational culture change by focusing on supporting leaders, teams and individuals through the constant challenges of change.
Because change causes ripples which very often affect people and their performance, Roma works at all levels of client organisations, beginning with the executive layer.
In the past 10 years, Roma has developed a strong reputation for the using the ripple effect to create strong personal and business networks.
This has resulted in lasting relationships with clients, colleagues and friends. One key indicator to her successful networking is that all of Roma and KARIBU's business is based on word of mouth.
She has been a supporter of the Australian Businesswomens' Network from its very early days. In March she generously sponsored the International Women's Day lunches in Sydney and Melbourne, helping the ABN raise almost $20,000 to support women in business in developing countries. She has also been a regular facilitator for the NSW Department of State and Regional Development's Women in Business Mentor Program.
