Rhonda initially became aware of wheatgrass juice in the '70's and she used to grow and juice it in a conventional juicer for the family of 3 boys. She has always been keenly interested in the premise that we are what we eat and strongly suggest the idea that a healthy sound strong body clean of toxins is tantamount to the proper evolution, spiritual and otherwise, of the being.

She is the founder of Bondi Wheatgrass which operates in the Health, Wellness, and Fitness Industry. She began her urban farming venture in the back yard of her Sydney home, but has now moved to a greenhouse about 40 minutes from the CBD.

Apart from growing a few herbs and a vegetable patch while raising her three children, she started her business with minimal horticultural experience.

With word of mouth marketing Rhonda Boswell's business has grew from just three shops to more than eighty in less than five years.
