Profile:

Philippa Tyndale is a former personal finance journalist with Fairfax publications in Sydney. She first met Opportunity International’s small business clients in1996 while on holiday with her family in Bali. She has volunteered for the organisation – in communications, fundraising and documentary making - since that time.

Most recently she has published “Don’t Look Back-The David Bussau Story” which tracks the life of David Bussau from an orphanage in New Zealand to co-founder of a global organisations making small, life-changing loans on the poor. Philippa lives in Sydney with her husband Andrew, a banker, and three teenage children Tim, Liam and Imogen.
