Pamela Hardgrave is a multi-faceted woman being the entrepreneur and part-owner of the successful farm stay, 'Lillydale Host Farm' and a tireless participant in local and State tourism organisations.

Pamela's enterprise, 'Lillydale Host Farm' opened in Easter 2000 and quickly gained favour as a popular tourist destination. Even though its location is truly exhilarating, 'Lillydale' has always been primarily defined by its superior personal service. Guests become a part of the extended family for the duration of their visit. It is this "personal touch" which is the keystone of the business" success as it sets it apart from its competitors. 'Lillydale' has received accolades and recognition through winning numerous State and National awards.

Pamela's goal is to demonstrate to women that irrespective of background or education, if you have a dream and work towards it in a consistent and patient manner, success is attainable. Pamela is also seeking to demonstrate that business success is no longer measured solely by financial gain and profit/loss statements. It is about being satisfied with what you do and how you do it, about finding a balance between work and life.
