In 1997 Melissa Sangster decided on a career change. At the age of just 26, Melissa moved away from the fitness arena and into a somewhat non-traditional industry for women - automotive accessories - which has so far culminated into the sole-ownership of three Victorian-based businesses set to turn-over $4.3 during 2003/04 and a new partnership venture in New South Wales.

In just seven years Melissa's company has reached an annual turnover of $4.3 million. She currently employs 25 staff throughout three branches.
