Megan Tough is the director of The Change Leadership Company, a practice specialising in developing change and leadership capability in corporate. Megan consults strategically in the planning/design phase of change initiatives and runs programs that help leaders drive and support change effectively.

Megan has accumulated over 20 years experience working on people and change issues in business. She has worked on large scale cultural change programs, process redesign initiatives, integration and acquisition projects and system implementations. In addition to consulting, facilitation and organisation design expertise, Megan writes regularly and has been published in business magazines and websites.

Megan has a Bachelor of Psychology (Hons), an MBA and is a graduate of CoachInc, a US based Coach Training School.
