Profile:
Freda is the Director of Cast (Fitzroy North) - one of Australia's leading salons. Freda started hairdressing at 15 and opened her first business at the age of 18. In 2005 Freda started a new business venture together with business partner Geoff Flemming called Thrive Coaching Pty Ltd. Together they developed a salon coaching program for the hairdressing industry. The salon coaching business is being taught all around Australia. They now have clients in all different industries from restaurants, beauty industry, communications industry and textile industry.
Freda has had work published internationally, has over 150 state, national and international awards and been hairdresser to the stars at various awards ceremonies such as the AFI Awards, Logies, MAFW, L'Oreal Fashion Week, not to mention her celebrity clientele.
Freda currently works two days per week at Cast and two days per week business coaching. Freda and Geoff Flemming are looking at taking Thrive coaching to the states and the UK within the next 2 years.
