With an extensive background in Leadership, Management, Negotiation, Sales, Marketing and Consultancy, Fiona is an expert in the field of relationship management and has developed her own specific techniques and processes that have underpinned her success. Her experiences come from both the B2C and B2B arenas in enterprise and small business. Fiona's industry sectors range from Hospitality, Tourism, Leisure, Membership, FMCG, Grocery Wholesale and Distribution and Facilities and Destination management, to Financial and Professional Services (Insurance, Merchant Services and Mortgage Finance), Telecommunications (Retail) and IT Services, Property Development, Corporate Travel, Conference and Event Management, Transport, Team Building, Web Development and Production Services.
