Emma Rosenberg is co-founder and Director, Business Development of theLounge.com.au, Australia's leading women's lifestyle destination site aiming to provide "virtually all a woman needs".

Previously Emma worked in Investment Banking at Merrill Lynch, working in the Corporate Finance Group, providing strategic advice to companies and government. Prior to that Emma was a Senior Associate at Blake Dawson Waldron, Attorneys, specialising in mergers and acquisitions in the Corporate and Commercial Department.

Emma also spent some time in the Commercial & Legal Group at Pratt Industries, one of Australia's largest private companies, where she was involved in project structuring and financing.
