Emma Lo Russo is an experienced organisation leader. In her role as President of Altium Limited (a public technology company) she was responsible for overall global responsibility for the company’s enterprise strategies, market positioning and key growth initiatives.

Her vision as a leader of a technology company was to find an enduring balance between technical IP creation and the development and execution of successful go-to-market strategies so that it continues to deliver consistent customer, investor and employee value.

Emma’s career spans general management and marketing leadership roles at a range of organisations. At Altium she was previously Chief Operating Officer with responsibility for the global sales, finance, people, manufacturing, logistics and marketing teams. Before joining Altium, Emma’s experience covers a range of business management responsibilities for organizations that include Macquarie Bank and MBF. She also has extensive experience in brand, design and advertising partnerships as Group Account Director for a wide range of blue chip organisations.

She is driven by the philosophy of “be the change you want to see in the world” and is a champion of Jim Collins’ management mantra “the enemy of great is good”.

Emma is a passionate speaker on a wide range of topics including business strategy, leadership, business transformation, change management, corporate culture and diversity. She draws upon her rich global exposure and practical experience.

Emma currently resides with her family on the northern beaches of Sydney. Balancing the demands of work are her personal life, she spends quality time with her three children and husband and pursues her interests in travel, reading and the beach.
