Catherine Connolly Mind Matters

Profile:

Originally working in the field of consulting, education and training, Catherine has consulted numerous organisations and community based agencies in both Australia and the United States.

Her consulting work has included recruitment as well as training of consultants in communication, training techniques, need based analysis, facilitation, values and organisational change management. Catherine has also developed action learning models for policy development, implementation and monitoring for local, state wide and national projects.

In 1992, Catherine began exploring her passion for Neuro Linguistics and Coaching by establishing her own unique consultancy, where she began to demonstrate just how easy it is to implement change for a growing client base.

Catherine holds a Masters degree in Human Relationships Education, a Diploma in Teaching, Associate Diploma in Biochemistry, as well as a masters and trainers level qualifications in Neuro Linguistics. Catherine has also achieved further certificates in Counselling and Stress Management, Hypnosis (USA) and memberships with the Australian Institute of NLP, American Board of Hypnosis and the International NLP Trainers Association and International Coaching Federation.

As the founder of Mind Matters in 1995 Catherine's main focus is on individual and group transformation, neuro linguistics facilitation and human performance coaching. She has also developed cutting edge technologies for fast, effect results in maximising human potential called "Performance Alchemy".
