For more than three years Carolyn Stafford Tate has been the director of her own business, Connect Marketing Professionals. As a marketing consultant, trainer and coach she has worked with brands such as AMP, Hillross, Merrill Lynch, Westpac and many other small businesses in the services industry.

Prior to establishing Connect, she worked in sales and marketing roles at both Westpac and Merrill Lynch for 15 years. She was responsible for developing and managing major sales campaigns, research projects, re-branding programs, advertising campaigns, sponsorship programs and much more. This corporate marketing experience has enabled her to bring a wealth of knowledge to her own small business and to other small businesses experiencing marketing challenges.
