Beth is the founder and Managing Director of Nova Legal & Advisory. As the name suggests Nova is a new and innovative law firm with a vision to “change the way people think about legal services”. Prior to establishing Nova, Beth practiced extensively in banking, finance, private equity and corporate law in both North America and Australia. She has played a lead role in numerous complex commercial transactions involving both large multi-national corporations and small to medium sized enterprises.
