Annalisa is the founder and Director of The Transcription People Pty Ltd. She has over 20 years experience in administrative services within industries such as healthcare, finance, publishing and IT.

A small business owner since 1999, she created a Virtual Office Services Company with her husband and business partner David, to provide outsourced administration services to firms of all sizes over the internet. Annalisa quickly found that her niche was transcription and so the business headed rapidly in that direction.

The Transcription People employs a typing team of thirty five highly skilled contract transcriptionists located all over Australia and New Zealand as well as two full time admin assistants in their office located on the New South Wales Central Coast.

Annalisa's business continues to evolve with transcription growth nationally and plans to expand into the UK and the US in the near future. The Transcription People also run an online shop specialising in digital voice recorders, transcription equipment and voice recognition software, a web hosting business designed for Australian micro and small businesses and have recently launched their second online store selling accessories for Apple products like the iMac, iPod and some great cases for the iPhone and iPad.

Annalisa is a mother of two children, Oliver 7 and Lily 5.
