Amanda Briskin started her successful business with a genuine passion to create things that persuade consumers to explore, experiment and play. BRW magazine recognised Amanda and Mimco as a key player in the "White Hot" Generation of Business Builders (BRW, July 24-30 2003 pg 42).
An astute businesswoman, Amanda has received recognition and respect from the dedicated Mimco team and has become an inspiring role model for young women in business.
Amanda's achievements to date include receiving the Young Hero award for business in 1999, and the induction into the Australian Businesswomen's Hall of Fame in 2000 (an initiative of the Australian Businesswomen's Network).
