As Managing Director of Payroll Intelligence, Alexia's dream and mission for the Payroll industry is to create recruitment and payroll outsourcing solutions and personal advise for both candidates, clients and organisations that are "customised and tailored" to the individual's needs, and to establish long term relationships, by providing superior customer service with pride, integrity and a unique personal touch. Alexia has also linked herself with leading organisations within the Payroll Industry and has volunteered her time to make an impact in setting Payroll Industry Australian Standards, which engages in a three year project, geared to provide recognition to Payroll as a professional career and establish much needed Standards within a continuously evolving industry.
