Monique Talbot is the founder and CEO of Tempest Media. She founded Tempest Media in 1999 and it is the largest independent network of premium websites, with partner sites like eBay, Carsales, Ticketek and SEEK for all online and digital media solutions.

Tempest Media has 25 staff and serves over a billion ads every month to Australian internet consumers. Monique is a true survivor of the dot-com crash and has been a part of the online advertising industry for over 12 years. She sold Tempest Media late last year to the Adconion Media Group and is now part of the largest global online media sales company with offices in 9 countries and over 150 staff.
