Kerwin Rae is a Sydney-based sales and marketing expert. He is the NSW Regional Director of Quantum Organization, an international business consultancy. He is currently working with numerous well-known businesses to prepare them to float, franchise or sell.

Kerwin is a Businessman, coach, mentor, author and International speaker. He has studied and observed the psychology of influence for well over 10 years and is considered an expert of human behavior and how it relates to sales, marketing and personal transformation.

He has addressed and worked with all levels of business from corporate entities to national and international franchise groups through to the small to medium size business owners. He has also worked with high school, university students and the general public.

His greatest achievements have been taking two international businesses to great success. The first an educational company that he assisted in taking from a turnover of $400k and 60 licensees' nationally to well over $5 Million in revenues and 350 licensees' in 5 counties within 18 short months. His second was helping an International operation trying to penetrate the Australian market from a turnover of $320 to again well over $6 Million in revenues in just 9 months.

In the past 7 years Kerwin has coached and trained over 400 consultants on business development, marketing, sales and entrepreneurial psychology. He has also taught over 3,000 people both here and overseas through his seminars and workshops and is the author of 'The Entrepreneurial Apprentice' and co author of "Secret of Marketing Experts Exposed".
