Profile:

Emma Laing has 14 years experience in coaching and facilitating programs for business women and senior executive women across a wide range of sectors.

Recent clients include; ANZ, NAB, KPMG, Ernst & Young, Clayton Utz, Hertz, The Hyatt, IAG, Heinz, and Scope. Emma has also been on a number of advisory panels for senior corporations, advising on promotion and retention of women in the workplace. For six years Emma held a senior management role in New York, USA, where she successfully restructured a number of key organisational departments, resulting in a substantial increase in productivity and profitability.

On returning to Australia, Emma met her husband and now has two wonderful boys - Jeremy (6) and Timothy (4), and strives to balance her home and work lives.
