Elizabeth Le Noble Corporate Compliance Partners

Elizabeth le Noble is the Founder and Managing Director of Corporate Compliance Partners (CCP), a group of professional company secretaries specialising in governance and compliance requirements for ASX listed companies.

Recognising that publicly-listed corporations were struggling to meet their governance and compliance requirements, Elizabeth engaged with the ASX to develop the Graduate Diploma in Corporate Governance of ASX Listed Entities. An Australian first, this is now an accredited program.

Elizabeth has a committed team of six, with clients in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne. Elizabeth was NSW State finalist in the business-owner and innovation categories of the Telstra Business Woman of the Year Awards.

Elizabeth has more than 15 years experience in the corporate environment with a keen interest in entrepreneurial companies. Having raised early venture capital to establish CCP, combined with the experience of day to day management of that business over the past four years, Elizabeth has many insights into how to get access to early seed funding, and how best to leverage that relationship moving forward.

Elizabeth is currently exploring the establishment of a micro lending facility for women entrepreneurs.
