Masters of Innovation

Innovation occurs every day in the development of new businesses, new process and systems, new technologies and the way that we meet the needs of customers, deliver our products and engage with our marketplace.

Join us on 28 July when three powerful innovators are our guests on Masters of Innovation. Masters of Innovation will look at practical examples of innovation and explore the unlikely places where innovation can be found, implemented and change the face of your business.

During this webinar, you will learn:

  • Innovation and invention are two different things
  • There are many different types of innovation including product/service, process, market, and business method/business model and incremental and radical
  • Business model innovation is a powerful, yet often overlooked form of innovation
  • Innovation is a process - thinking of it this way is the best way to manage it
  • The innovation process consists of idea generation, idea selection, idea execution and idea diffusion - to succeed at innovation you must be effective in all of these steps
