Member Goals Groups
Your fast-track to success
As businesswomen, many of us lead busy lives. Often we are very much loners, climbing our way to success, and feeling like we have to do it on our own. The ABN Member Goals Groups are peer-mentoring groups developed to give you the opportunity to meet and work with other ABN members for mutual benefit and support in the achievement of your goals.
How ABN Member Goals Groups Work
Each group of five or six members meets at regular intervals at predetermined times (determined by the team of members). Members can meet virtually, or in person. Each group nominates a leader that co-ordinates the meetings and holds the context for the group.
Each team is given a set of guidelines - strategies and "how to's" - that allow members a framework within which to meet and ways for them to move closer to the achievement of their goals. Each team then adapts these and creates their own code of conduct that suits the individuals in the group. Members themselves manage goals groups.
Each member is encouraged to be accountable to their team - who, from an empowering position, help ensure that you go for the goals you choose as being important for you in your business and personal life.
You set your own agenda and each person's participation is valued and important. Your peers give you feedback and you collaborate and brainstorm possibilities for you and your business.
You'll be amazed at the power of these groups.

My Goals Group encourages and supports me in all facets of my life. With input from members who encounter similar challenges I have been able to stick to my scheduling, maintain my current business and also develop my plans for the future. I have used their shared insights to help develop my mission and vision statements and to finally conduct a SWOT analysis.
