Sally Symonds

As one of Australia's leading health, fitness and weight loss experts, she arms people with whatever it takes to inspire, motivate and educate them to embark on their own healthy life journey. She is one of the few healthy life educators with first hand experience in weight loss, in addition to formal qualifications. To put Sally's weight loss in perspective, only one of Australia's Biggest Losers Bob Herdsman (2009) has a bigger weight loss percentage and Sally wasn't locked away in some boot camp. She did it while balancing a busy life and very hectic career.
Previously working in the field of oral communication, in 2002 Sally was awarded the Rhoda Felgate Memorial Scholarship enabling her to study accents and dialects with the legendary Bill Pepper, Head of Voice at NIDA in Sydney. Sally is a highly regarded corporate consultant and motivator. Her clients range from national and international companies to media identities, actors and other creative artists.

To help spread my message. When I was over 100 kg I used to work over 100 hours per week as well. Hopefully there aren't too many ABN members out there who are as much as a workaholic as I was back then, but I'm sure there are some that are on the same track. There are no negative impacts to being a fitter and healthier version of yourself. My methods focus on empowering individuals to achieve a healthier life and better work/life balance in time efficient ways.
