Footprint Recruitment is a specialist professional recruiter and full service HR Agency dedicated to working with Central Coast businesses and candidates. Our core focus is on the recruitment of Professional, Office Support and Technical staff, whilst also providing a full range of outsourced HR services and self guided HR products.
In 2006 after working in the Recruitment industry for more than six years, spending upwards of ten years employed in a broad range of other customer facing sectors, and completing tertiary qualifications in HR and Psychology, I identified a gap in the market for a dedicated, locally based professional services recruiter and established Footprint Recruitment.
In three and a half years i have expanded the business to employ a small team of staff and have a database of more than 500 local clients, increasing revenue by 162%.
