Pearing is a business incubator specialising in organisational psychology and team design, based in Sydney, Australia.
Warwick gained a Bachelor of Technology (Information and Communication Systems) from Macquarie University, in North Ryde, NSW, Australia in 1997. Having worked since as a software engineer for companies in both Australia and United States of America, and in industries as diverse as media, telecommunications, defence, and finance, he became increasingly interested in practical organisational psychology in the corporate environment.
Warwick founded Pearing to accelerate the expansion of the role patentable intellectual property plays in the Australian economy through the deliberate organisation of entrepreneurs according to psychological principles.
A strategic designer, Warwick considers himself an architect; but instead of buildings, he designs high performance teams, and instead of bricks and mortar, he uses people. Or rather their talent.
Ex software engineer, and an avid knowledge seeker, which has lead to a switch from technology to psychology. Jack of many interests, master of none.
Reengineering the Australian economy into a knowledge based economy reliant on patentable intellectual property, and getting there with nothing more than human potential and possibility. Then turning around and saying: I did that!
Science, technology, systems. Of all kinds.
Using my understanding psychology and organisation of people, I (Warwick) would be interested in creating a strategic think tank for fellow ABN members and other entrepreneurs, that could benefit the participant's businesses and the businesses of other ABN members.
Networking. Even if I am of the male persuasion.
