Hello. Together with my business partner Pip, we are Sequins & Sand...summerwear for busy women.
Finding ourselves beyond surf shops and not really wanting to be dressed like a chain store clone, we couldn't get the summer essentials to make us look great and feel fabulous when on the beach, poolside or just out enjoying summer.
With precious little time, trudging from store to store, often with little ones in tow, and forever fighting for a car park, we decided to take action and help other busy women who shared similar frustrations. Now, it's grown to be so much more.

Project management...my 'previous life' skills. Have come in very handy when developing and growing my new business.
Exploring all options...will keep at it until it's a certain lost cause.
Learning and change. I thrive on the thrill both bring. Eager to try new things (even if I don't always get it right...the first time) and see them spring to life is what I absolutely love.

Here's why I love doing what I do. Best summed up by Jenni, a customer:

*Family, children, close friends, truth, respect, love, Australia, cold cold moscato & Australian sparking reds. *Food: love and respect of it, the way it brings people together.
*Getting creative and being inspired. Turning an urge or an idea into something tangible and boasting...."I did that!".
Always up for sharing ideas to see if we can make them happen together.
