Regardless of how good a product is, or how strong the marketing, without the right service and delivery to customers a business' competitiveness will be challenged. We are passionate about bringing sense and sensibility to customer service.
We are not just about doing the job. We also provide our clients with lasting support in process efficiency and business performance through our coaching programs. Our coaching is tailored around our client's needs and provide the confidence to achieve their business goals.
Julie Wise, founder of The SilverOwl, is an accredited Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and an alumnus of the Institute of Executive Coaching.
She is on the Australian Businesswomen's Network Advisory Board, a member of the NSW Committee of the Australian Women Archive Project. She is also a member of the Fred Hollows Foundation
