Twenty years ago Jennifer Jefferies was navigating the nine-to-five grind, oblivious to the fact that she was quickly approaching corporate burnout.
"I was trying to juggle way too many balls in the air at once, and my health and sanity were suffering badly," recalls Jennifer. "I was living in survival mode."
Now Jennifer lives in prevention mode and helps others improve their health, wellbeing, and productivity by finding balance in their lives.
"A car accident gave me a reality check, and when I got out of hospital I knew I could not keep going the way I was," Jennifer explains. "At 28 I went back to school and studied to be a naturopath, starting my life over again."
After her car accident, Jennifer's nine-to-five routine came to an abrupt halt, and she realised that her health and sanity quickly reached peak levels. This epiphany inspired her to change her life and her career.
"I wanted to create a business where I could show others that it was possible," says Jennifer. "I wanted to bring natural therapies into the mainstream corporate world with the goal of getting companies and employees to live from a place of prevention, reducing absenteeism and increasing productivity, creating workplaces and lives where people were really living and not just existing. My aim is to leave my audiences feeling empowered about the things they can do to achieve balance in their lives, rather than feeling guilty about what they're not doing!"
