Simon's background is in the liquor industry, starting his career with Bass Brewers in the UK, before moving to Coors Brewers when the American company bought out the English brewer. Moving to Australia in 2003, Simon started work with Heineken before joining Lion Nathan in 2004 as marketing manager. He launched TwoCents Group in September 2009.
