The Heart Foundation is Australia’s leading heart health charity working to fight cardiovascular disease (heart, stroke and blood vessel disease). The Heart Foundation Go Red for Women campaign aims to raise awareness of heart disease as the number one killer of Australian women.
As part of this year’s campaign, the Heart Foundation is launching a new initiative - the Healthy Heart Challenge - a free, ten week program to help women take control of their heart health, which starts on 1 June.
