About Cara Morton

Cara is the Managing Director of Accenture’s Finance and Performance Management Consulting business across Asia-Pacific. This demanding role draws on her significant expertise in large-scale global transformation programs in the private and public sectors in Australia, Japan, China, India, Germany, UK and USA. Accenture has 223,000 people serving clients in 120 countries and in 2010, the company generated net revenues of US$21.6 billion.
In 2010, Cara was chosen as one of the 11 high achieving women to be mentored by leading CEO’s on the Business Council of Australia’s ‘C Suite Project.’ Her mentor was Catriona Noble, the CEO and Managing Director of McDonalds in Australia.
Cara has a Bachelor of Minerals Processing Engineering but has developed her career in finance sector with the design and implementation of shared service and outsourcing programs, business management and finance processes and the delivery of SAP financial system projects.
Outside of work, Cara is a self-confessed running and pilates junkie and mother of a two-year old boy.
