Prior to founding BlueChip Communication, Carden worked for AMP and IAG (NRMA Insurance), and in Government. At AMP she was responsible for retail financial services media and internal communication, and ran AMP's award-winning Olympic and Torch Relay communication and community programs. She subsequently headed external communication for IAG (formerly NRMA Insurance) in the year after listing, working with three successive CEOs and Chairmen during a time of intense scrutiny and internal change.
As a consultant Carden leads teams who help clients tell their business’ story to advisers, analysts, asset consultants, bloggers, clients or customers, employees, the media, government, investors and clients, research houses and others in the industry.
