About Fiona Reynolds

CEO, Australian Institute of Superannuation Trustees

Fiona is the Chief Executive Officer at the Australian Institute of Superannuation Trustees (“AIST”). AIST is a national not-for-profit organisation whose mission is to promote and protect the interests of Australia’s $450 billion not-for-profit superannuation sector, which currently manages two-thirds of the Australian workforce’s superannuation. AIST’s membership includes the trustee directors and staff of industry, corporate and public-sector funds.

Fiona has more than 16 years experience in the not-for-profit superannuation sector and has played a role in advocating superannuation policy change on behalf of AIST members to the betterment of all working Australians. 

Fiona has formerly been a Director of AUSfund, Industry Funds Credit Control and the National Network of Women in Super.

Fiona is passionate about improving the adequacy of retirement incomes for all Australians, particularly women and the low paid.

Fiona is a member of the Government’s Peak Consultative Committee responsible for implementing the Government’s Stronger Super Reform and the Governments’ National Rental Affordability task force.
