About Frances Feenstra
CEO, The 100% Project
Frances is an organisational psychologist and the Director of People Measures, a boutique organisational consulting practice in Melbourne. She has held senior positions with Right Management and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she was the main driver behind the establishment of Symmetry, a female networking initiative aimed at connecting PwC's female staff with female clients.
Frances has been a Board member of the Skyline Education Foundation and an Advisory Board member of Fitted for Work Ltd and is the current Chair of the Advisory Board of the Australian Centre for Research in Employment and Work (ACREW) at Monash University.
