ABN Advisory Board Member - Financial Development
The Australian Businesswomen's Network (ABN) serves women in business across Australia by raising their profile, advocating for improved public policy across areas related to business and women's issues, contributing to the achievement of their goals and by providing exposure to a diverse range of business success models. Our vision is to be the membership organisation of choice for entrepreneurial women across Australia, who seek opportunities for personal and business growth.
We are now seeking an Advisory Board Member - Financial Development, to assume responsibility for the preparation of our operational and events budgets, the leadership of a team of five Financial Development team members and the achievement of budgeted sponsorship and advertising revenue through personal approaches and participation in organisational presentations. The incumbent is also required to participate in and provide monthly financial reports at ABN Board meetings (in person or via teleconferencing).
The position would best suit an energetic, focused and motivated person with financial management and services marketing expertise. The candidate needs to have a broad range of skills and personal attributes including strategic thinking, leadership, networking and a strong team focus. Demonstrated performance on a similar committee or in a related capacity is desirable but not essential.

ABN Advisory Board Member - Sponsorship

We are now seeking an Advisory Board Member - Sponsorship to provide strategy and leadership in the achievement of budgeted sponsorship revenue through personal approaches and participation in organisational presentations. The incumbent is also required to liaise with ABN's Advisory Board and Head Office with relation to various approaches from potential sponsors.
The position would best suit a Sydney-based energetic, focused and motivated person with sponsorship and marketing expertise. The candidate needs to have a broad range of skills and personal attributes including strategic thinking, leadership, networking and a strong results focus. Demonstrated performance on a similar committee or in a related capacity is desirable but not essential.
