Leanne consults to small business owners, working with them to improve their profitability and to increase sales. 

Leanne’s recent roles include Marketing Manager with Griffin Theatre Company, a not-for-profit that nurtures and showcases Australian writers, actors and directors. Prior to this, she was National Corporate Sales Manager for Virgin Blue Airlines and for the past eight years has worked in senior commercial roles in the travel industry, five of those with Qantas Airlines. Experienced and qualified in HR, training, facilitation and people management, Leanne’s passion is in sales and marketing.

In 2007, Leanne was appointed to the Australian Businesswomen’s Network Advisory Board, where she is involved in communication/publications and leads the ABN's strategic sales function.

Leanne is a regular presenter on ABN webinars and the MentorNet mentoring program.

Leanne is the former President of a not-for-profit organisation and a local artist from Bundeena (South of Sydney) and continues to volunteer services to various charities and not-for-profit organisations across Australia. She also fosters death row dogs for PAWS organisation.
