Julie's Top 5 Recommended Books

1.

Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki
It simply is the best and most down to earth book written about money. In general, we over-engineer money looking for the magical product to our problems. We forget that money is a tool and that we need to know how to work with the, and use that, tool correctly in order to get the rewards and not the headaches.

2.

Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill<
Like Rich Dad, it's one of my bibles that I make sure I read every year. Great book to blow away the cobwebs and provide that self-inspiration.

3.

French Women Don't Get Fat by Mireille Guilliano
This book is just sensible. Its what I grew up understanding and it clearly show that eating is for joy and pleasure. Not that I ever lost the pleasure of eating but I hope other people read this book and find that pleasure again as it's a wonderful indulgence right in our own homes.

4.

The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho
Not only is this just a fabulous story to read for pleasure but it's a book of the wisdom of following your heart.

5.

A Jane Austen Novel - any of them
I just love the strength of the female characters and am amazed at just how relevant the stories are today - 191 years after she died.
