I've been working for myself for the last 7 years, both as a Graphic Designer and co director of StarTime Studios.  My husband, a professional actor and voice artist, and I have been running StarTime since 2007. We are both passionate about coaching and mentoring kids and young people in the performing arts because as adults we now know how much we each would have benefited from developing such life skills from a young age.  I belief that all kids are unique and special, and the performing arts is a magical way to tap into individual talents, stories, expression and ultimately enhance confidence in these areas.  At StarTime we run courses to help build confidence and are designed to give young people 'life skills', not just acting skills.
