The focus of the Australian Businesswomen's Network is networking opportunities and business education through our publications, articles on this site and through member-only initiatives. We do not offer any specific advice or referrals to professionals or companies. Visit our Member Directory to find an expert from our list of members.

Replacement requests take 3-5 business days for processing and shipping.

All our seminars are posted at www.inspiringwomen.com.au. Events are held in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. New events are posted once they are confirmed. The Australian Businesswomen's Network is a membership organisation, which was founded in 1990 to provide business education and networking opportunities to women in business across Australia. There are currently two levels of membership.
1. Community Membership - Become a part of our community and you'll receive information about upcoming events as well as our bi-monthly Women in Business eNewsletter. Join the community now.
2. Gold Membership - Gold Membership is a pay-as-you-go membership (see the Membership section of this site for more details or click here) that provides members with valuable benefits including: discounts, member-only initiatives, promotional and PR opportunities, access to role models, opportunity to be part of our organizing committees, goals groups (peer mentoring groups) as well as access to member-only events and sponsor benefits.

The Australian Businesswomen's Network publishes two newsletters, the Women in Business eNewsletter, a bimonthly community newsletter and The Networker, a quarterly members-only newsletter.
Editorial is welcome from both members and non-members. You can submit an article by emailing our newsletter editor info@abn.org.au. Editorial deadlines are on the Articles section of this website.
Advertising in our newsletters is open to both members and non-members. Members get special rates. Advertising deadlines and rates are available in the Articles section of this website.

Product Orders - Once your order is confirmed, confirmation e-mail is sent to you. Once the order is shipped, your tracking information is automatically e-mailed to you as well. Once you receive your tracking number, you can visit the carrier's tracking page to track your package. You can also contact the carrier at the phone number shown below.

Event Registrations - Once your booking has been received you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive all relevant event information seven days out from the event, including parking, catering as well as details of the date, time, and place for the event. If you have registered within seven days of the event, your confirmation will be sent as soon as possible.

The Australian Businesswomen's Network is able to distribute the products in the web store to Australia and New Zealand. Orders can be fulfilled for most products, except where distributorship rights are held by another organisation. If you are ordering from outside Australia and New Zealand and we cannot fulfil your order, you will be notified.

All products purchased from Australian Businesswomen's Network must be returned within 30-days from the date of delivery. All products must be complete and in working condition and include all components received. If a package bundle or package special is ordered, the entire package must be returned to qualify for any refund. If products are purchased "a la carte", they can be returned separately.

All orders shipped from Australian Businesswomen's Network include a packing slip/tax invoice. At the bottom of each tax invoice, there is a return address that includes all the needed information to return the product. Please use this address to return your product. If you are unable to locate the return address, please contact Customer Service directly at 1300 720 120. You must write your name, shipping address, phone number and your order number on a paper to include inside the box used for your return. To qualify for a refund, ALL of this information must be included.

We urge you to use a traceable service to protect yourself. If the product is lost, a refund cannot be issued. A tracking number will help protect you from a loss. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you are returning a product from outside Australia, you are responsible for customs duties and taxes.

Product Orders usually ship within 3-5 days from the date of order. All orders are sent by courier with the exception of smaller book orders - which will be sent Australia Post.

Purchases made in excess of $AUD 1,000 are shipped free within Australia.
