Trish Springsteen is Managing Director / Senior Trainer of Trischel where confidence brings success; and is a member of Women's Network of Australia, Connectworking, Opportune, CBEC and the Australian Institute for Learning Practitioners.

Trish has been involved in training since 1993. She has a Bachelor Business (Health Administration) and holds Cert IV in Workplace Assessment and Training and has accreditation as an Extended Disc Practitioner. Trish is experienced in leadership, management communication, business skills and communication coaching.

Her passion is women and communication, gender communication, women and leadership and personal development. She has been actively involved in designing training courses for Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne corporations for the last 10 years. Trish has been a keynote speaker at conferences, an MC at community events, Gala Dinners and weddings and undertaken speaking engagements to community and business organisations. Trish is skilled and comfortable with speaking on a wide range of topics to a diverse audience.

Trish has spoken on communication, conquering the fear of public speaking, personal development and positive thinking, leadership and gender communication. Having personally experienced the fear of public speaking and being lost for words when facing questions, Trish is passionate about helping others conquer their fear of speaking and communication.

Trish enjoys helping women develop their communication, leadership and presentation skills. Her speaking events include Communication Training for IQ Business Group in Sydney and Melbourne, Leadership Training for Tonkin in Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra and Brisbane, speaker at Business Swap in Sydney and Brisbane, speaker at Womens Network Australia (Hobart), Connectworking and Terri Cooper events and speaking at the 2010 National Laundry Conference in Sydney. In addition to being a professional speaker and author of many articles and books on the importance of effective communication for business, Trish is a recognised expert in the field of communication training.

With over 15 year experience in Communication, Training and Public Speaking, Trish knows how to lead people to move out of their comfort zone, change their thinking and give them the confidence and communication skills they need to succeed.

She specialises in providing training for staff, managers and directors that empowers companies to increase revenue while building credibility and gives them the confidence and skills needed to increase their interpersonal skills, effectively communicate and deliver charismatic speeches and presentations. Most importantly Trish loves what she does and she has fun doing it.
